Swimming pools

Nanobubble systems help pools and water features stay clear with less chlorine. The bubbles help lift fine particles and oils so the filter can catch them, and oxygen- or ozone-rich water limits algae.

3–5 ppmchlorine a pool of that size would normally need

Where it is used
  • Revel Surf park in Mesa, Arizona
  • The Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool in Washington, D.C.
  • Hotel and residential pools
  • Decorative fountains and water features
How it works here

Nano bubbles carry a slight negative charge and attach to fine particles and oils, helping filters remove them.

Oxygen- or ozone-rich water discourages algae and reduces the chlorine needed to keep water safe.

Lower chlorine means less eye and skin irritation and less chemical in the backwash.

Surf park running on reduced chlorine

Revel Surf, Mesa, Arizona · 2026

  • About 3 million gallons of water treated with oxygen and ozone nanobubbles
  • Chlorine kept at roughly 0.5–1 ppm instead of the usual 3–5 ppm
  • The county allowed the park to operate at the lower chlorine level

Using Oxynity

How we set it up for swimming pools

  1. Connect the generator to the pool’s filter circulation loop
  2. The 1.5 HP model suits most hotel and residential pools
  3. Keep chlorine within local health rules; nanobubbles reduce the dose, they do not replace testing
  4. Ozone-based setups are designed per project

Good to know: Chlorine levels for public pools are set by local health regulations. Any reduction should be agreed with your health authority and confirmed by regular testing.
